‘Shoden’ means your ‘first teaching’, in Japanese. It represents the first step on your path of self-healing.

This Reiki 1 attunement class will reconnect you to your spirit, to the divine life force, and it will allow you to develop awareness of your own healing power. You will learn how to use this energy in everyday life for health, happiness and fulfilment.

The healing techniques you will learn will help your body, mind and spirit. You will learn how to relieve stress and pain, obtain a feeling of peace and calm, protect your energies from others, increase your general well being, as well as reconnect to your soul’s path.

This teaching will empower you on your self-healing journey, as well as allow you to practice on your loved ones.

This weekend is the perfect training for anyone who would like to be more in charge of their health and well being, anyone with empathic tendencies, anyone interested in managing their stress, and anyone interested in self-growth.
